WORKOUT ROUTINE #2:

Not including water breaks, this should take you about 30 minutes to complete.

Take a water break whenever you need one, but try to avoid taking a bunch of water breaks if you can.

I suggest about a 30 second break between exercises, but if you need longer that is fine.
